Focus on the bead nearest to the wall first, then the next bead, one at a time. Practice until you can tell one bead each at one time exactly. That is to say, your eyes are fully exercised.
Another rotation exercise is very easy but quite effective. You can do like this, looking as far as you can to the left, right, up and down several times. It is better if your surroundings are covered with green because the color of green is good for your eyesight.
Our eyes are made up of tiny internal and external muscles, and these muscles help to move the eyes, help to focus and control the shape of eyes. Relaxing is a key factor to maintain good eyesight, so please do not always focus on one thing at a long time and do eye exercise regularly.
